By completing the form below, you agree to give us the information listed below for the purpose of sending you our newsletters and updates or for contacting us with questions and queries. If you are registering to attend one of our online meetings or symposia, the registration page connects you to third party companies Eventbrite and Paypal which then they will collect your required information only for the purpose of registration and payment for attendance.  We do not receive any of that information from them except your name, confirmation and receipt of your payment from them.
